Kathmandu: Lakshuman Khanal, Consul General of Nepal, joined Mayor Eduardo Martinez of Richmond city in Nepal’s flag raising ceremony at the City Hall premises to mark the Nepali New Year 2083 on April 14.

The ceremony was attended by Presidents of NANC, NRNA California and other Nepali organizations.

Kathmandu: The Embassy of Nepal observed International Wellness Day at the Embassy premises in Washington. This program emphasized the importance of health, well-being, and positive living. 

The event came after the United Nations General Assembly adopted a Nepal-led resolution declaring April 15 as International Wellness Day, marking a significant global recognition of Nepal’s initiative on holistic health.
