Kathmandu. The 14th Annual General Meeting of Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited has been called on January 12. The meeting will begin at 2:30 pm at Kathmandu Banquet, Thapagaun, New Baneshwor.

The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 10 percent bonus shares on the current paid-up capital and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

The meeting will also endorse the proposal to take additional loan from banks and financial institutions, delegate authority to Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appoint an auditor.

The company is closing its book on December 28 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till December 29 will be able to participate in the AGM of the company and receive the dividend to be distributed by the company.
