Kathmandu. Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the fiscal year 2081. Dividend has been declared for 82 years.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 5% dividend of Rs 618.9 million to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year. Out of this, 4.75 per cent is Rs 2,93,97,752.14 bonus shares and 0.25 per cent cash dividend is Rs 1,547,250.11.

The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
