Kathmandu. The stock market fell by double digits on Monday. The NEPSE index decreased by 13.88 points to close at 2,581.21.
One sub-group of NEPSE sub-group has increased while the remaining 12 sub-groups have fallen. During the day, the hotel and tourism group increased by 0.57 percent while the hotel and tourism group decreased the most by 1.26 percent.
Today, the share prices of 54 companies have increased and 200 have fallen. On this day, the share prices of 5 companies are stable.
More than Rs 3.5 billion was traded in the market today. Lumbini Bikas Bank has the highest turnover in the country.
