Kathmandu. Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company (LICCO) has called its 29th annual general meeting.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Sunday decided to hold the AGM on January 29. The assembly will begin at 11:00 am at Amritbhog in Kalikasthan, Kathmandu.

The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. The meeting will approve a dividend of Rs 393,35,95,730 of the current paid-up capital of the current Rs 82 crore. The meeting will endorse the amount paid to various organizations under its social responsibility.

The meeting approved the annual and auditor’s report of the last fiscal year and the current fiscal year 2082. 83. Approve the proposal relating to the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration.

The company has decided to close the book on January 20 for the purpose of dividend and meeting. This means that only the shareholders who have been held before January 20 will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the meeting.
