Kathmandu. Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the fiscal year 2081. Dividend has been declared for 82 years.

The meeting of the board of directors of the company has decided to distribute 15 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the current FY. Out of this, 14.25 per cent bonus shares worth Rs 3,19,10,473.62 and 0.75 per cent cash dividend of Rs 1,679,498.61 for tax purposes.

The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
