First Microfinance calls AGM to pass dividend, when will the book close?
Kathmandu. First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has called its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 16, 2019. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Shubham Reception, Kalopul, Kathmandu.
The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing cash dividend at the rate of 6.50 percent of the current paid-up capital.
The meeting will also approve the appointment of directors, appoint an auditor, elect 1 director on behalf of the general shareholders.
The microfinance company is closing its book for one day on January 1 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till January 1 will be able to participate in the meeting and receive the dividend.
