Kathmandu. Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIBL) has decided not to distribute dividend for the current fiscal year. The board meeting of the bank held on December 23 has decided not to distribute any dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2081/82 BS.

The bank’s audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2081/82 will be approved and submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval to be presented to the AGM.
