The company is gifting attractive flats to its employees.
Kathmandu. Companies will do their best to retain employees. Look at a Chinese company. It has announced attractive schemes to satisfy and incentivize its employees. The company will gift attractive flats to its 18 oldest and most loyal employees. The price of these flats is up to one and a half crore rupees.
Unique Incentives
According to a report in the South China Morning Post, the plan was implemented by automobile parts manufacturer Zhejiang Guosheng Automotive Technology. It employs more than 450 people. The company’s total production value is expected to reach $70 million by 2025. It has decided to implement a flat gift scheme in the next 3 years. This unique housing incentive aims to encourage long-term retention and attract high-quality talent.
Who is this project for?
Speaking to the media, the company’s general manager Wang Jiayuan said that this scheme is especially for employees who come here from other cities to work. “The company wants its technical and management staff to have a permanent home. This year, we are giving away 5 flats. Next year we will give away 8 more. In total, we plan to deliver 18 flats in 3 years. Our goal is simple: to attract the best talent and retain our core management team. ’
How big are the flats?
All these flats are located just 5 kilometers away from the company’s industrial area. They range in size from 100 to 150 square meters. The average resale flat price in the area ranges from 7,000 to 8,500 yuan per square meter.
Agreement required
Under this scheme, employees will have to sign a housing agreement and will be able to move into the flat only after the company repairs it. After completing five years of service, the house will be completely theirs. Employees will only have to pay the renewal cost. “The company has already purchased all 18 flats,” Wang said. Out of the 5 employees who got flats this year, two have upgraded from entry-level positions to management level. ’
