Kathmandu. Mero Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared a dividend. The meeting of the board of directors of the microfinance company held on December 22 has announced the dividend to its shareholders.

The microfinance company has declared 4.75 percent bonus share and 0.25 percent cash dividend on the current paid-up capital from the distributable profit of the last FY.

The proposed dividend will be distributed to the investors after the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company endorses the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank.
