Nepal names 24-player squad for ICC T20 World Cup 2026
KATHMANDU: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced a 24-player preliminary squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2026, scheduled to be held jointly in India and Sri Lanka from Feb 7 to March 8.
The selected players will begin a training camp starting Monday.
Key members of the squad include Rohit Paudel, Kushal Bhurtel, Sundeep Jora, Dipendra Singh Airee, Nandan Yadav, Sandeep Lamichhane, and Aarif Sheikh.
Other players named in the squad are Adil Ansari, Sher Malla, Bhim Sarki, Binod Bhandari, Avinash Bohara, Aasif Sheikh, Kushal Malla, Gulshan Jha, Sompal Kami, Lalit Rajbanshi, Lokesh Bam, Karan KC, Sahab Alam, Ishan Pandeu, Basir Ahamad, Pratish GC, and Rupesh Kumar Singh.
