Kathmandu. Support Microfinance Financial Institution FY 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute dividend of Rs 1,22,44,344.90 i.e. 10 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 12,244,444.99 from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year. Out of this, 9.5 per cent will have bonus shares worth Rs 1,16,32,127.65 and 0.5 per cent cash dividend of Rs 612,217.25.

The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
