The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 15 percent dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year amounting to Rs 783.9 million. Out of this, 14.25 per cent will have bonus shares worth Rs 111,79,228 and cash dividend of Rs 5,879,433.02 for tax purposes.

The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
