KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank Limited has launched an online portal to provide comprehensive information on bank-owned assets, non-banking assets, and collateral-backed properties available for auction.

The newly introduced platform aims to make the auction process more transparent and accessible by offering detailed listings of properties, including plot numbers, land area, photographs, maps, and Google Maps-based location tracking.

Customers can access the portal by scanning the QR code provided in auction notices or directly visiting https://auctionassistance.nicasiabank.com.

Through the system, interested buyers can explore full property details and submit inquiries by filling out a message form with their name, email, phone number, and contact address.

The bank stated that the portal will be regularly updated with auction listings and related notices, enabling prospective buyers to easily obtain accurate and detailed information on available properties.

KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative has installed a reverse osmosis (RO) water purifier at Aamaghar Sewa Ashram in Manahari–8, Makwanpur, aiming to ensure access to safe drinking water for its residents.

The purifier was officially handed over on April 15, during a formal event.

The bank’s Narayangadh Circle Head, Ram Krishna Kafle, presented the system to Bijay Raj Sigdel, patron of the ashram.

Mamaghar Sewa Ashram provides shelter, food, and care to individuals who have been neglected by their families and are in need of support.

The bank expressed confidence that the installation will significantly improve access to clean drinking water, contributing to better health and a more comfortable living environment for the residents.
